Sammie's Glitter Tutorial

Also known as 'How to Bullshit Glitter'. I put this together for kuloi-no-chloe because she's awesome and I don't mind helping her c:

Its what I use on winx references when I don't feel like using the paint.net method (also shown)

1) Pick your clothing of choice, here I used a simple shirt. In MSPaint, paste it onto a big sheet and select the airbrush. Make sure to set it to its largest setting.
2) Run over the item with the airbrush in a random color. I always use red.
3) Add the lines over the top of the newly airbrushed item
4) Clear the outside of the item so the only airbrushed piece is the shirt.
5) Recolor the 'glitter' in a highlight color and enjoy.

If you use more colors, you can get a more 'indepth' look and mimic the paint.net way.

How to bullshit Paint.net Edition:
1) Select the area you want glittered with the magic wand
2) Go into Effects > Noises > Add Noise
3) Set Intensity to 50, lower Color Saturation to 0
4) Enjoy your now glittered objects.
