Ref - Tranquility

I decided to jump onto the bandwagon of giving Serenity a twin sister. So this is her younger sister, Tranquility.

I feel the need to make this clear beforehand. TRANQUILITY IS ONLY A SENSHI IN THE SILVER MILLENNIUM TIME!

I haven't decided yet if her story will extend into the present day or stay a Silver Millennium AU but I do know that she is only Sailor Moon in the Silver Millennium. This is because her sister, Serenity, is the princess and the heir and has no reason to become a senshi in past but in the present day, Serenity, now Usagi, gains the power instead to keep herself safe without her guardians around.

Tranquility will never rule the Moon Kingdom and while she can use some of the power of the ginzuishou, she can never use it to its full potential like her mother and sisters. Tranquility is one of her sister's court and serves as her body double.

Tranquility's hair is a brighter gold than her sister's, which is silvery-blonde. Her eyes are also a darker blue. This coloring comes from her father.

Tranquility's wand is based on the Cutie Moon Rod and part of its design is inspired by KarolHofman's manga version.

She's probably got some sue qualities to her in that she's Serenity's twin and she's Sailor Moon but I wuv her anyway (and I tried really hard to keep her somewhat normal but that just can't happen with this kind of character v.v)

Personal History: Tranquility was unexpected. Throughout history, Moon Queens only had one daughter at a time but by some rare occurrence, Selenity gave birth to twins; Serenity and Tranquility. Most people don't know what to think of Tranquility because of this. Some fear her, others just ignore her existence. But Tranquility's family does neither and instead they shower her with love. Because of her sister's status as the proper heiress of the moon, Tranquility will not become a queen of the Moon.
